What health/wellness benefit
would you most enjoy?

(..or perhaps already do! Feel free to check a few if you can't decide!)

Lower Back Pain Relief
There are several factors at work with hot water therapy but the two that effect the body most are heat and buoyancy. Together, they create an experience that is both relaxing and healing for your sore back.
Healthy Heart Exercise
The body's first reaction to being immersed in hot water is to try and stabilize the body’s temperature by pumping the heart faster. This initial reaction causes an increase in blood pressure, but because the warmth quickly causes the blood vessels to dilate or expand, and the resistance on the heart is lessened. This means a soak in hot water will actually lower blood pressure!
Circulation
Increased blood flow to your skin's surface to try and disperse heat into the surroundings means an increased supply of oxygen, antibodies and white blood cells; all important to promoting revitalization of the cells. Often recommended for patients with Fibromyalgia.
Immune Boosting Endorphins
The "Ahh Effect", as it's called, is the physiological reaction to immersion in hot water. You know the feeling! As you slowly ease yourself into your hot tub...ahhhh. Hot water promotes the release of endorphins which are hormones which naturally improve your mood and boost your immune system.

Improved Sleep
The age old cure for sleeplessness (even before the word insomnia existed) was a warm bath. Research has shown that soaking in hot water before bedtime leads to better, deeper and more restful sleep.

Sore Muscles/Joints/Arthritis Relief
When joints are damaged or inflamed due to injury or arthritis, muscles become buckle up and become more tense in an effort to protect themselves. Hot water immersion can help alleviate joint pain and resulting muscle soreness, as well as muscle pulls and strains.

Weight Loss/Improved Metabolism
More healthy than exercise or not, it is arguably a more relaxing way to increase your heart rate to promote healthy heart function which can often lead to metabolism increase and weight loss. Be sure to include your doctor in the decision to undergo any hot water treatments.
