
We call it White Glove Service. One customer dubbed us "the LLBean of the Hot Tub world." Whatever you call our commitment to our customers, our goal is to make you as comfortable as possible with your product and its operation during the first few months of spa ownership.
After the delivery of your spa you will receive an in-depth review of Water Care and the operation of your spa. We realize this is a tough time to absorb all this important information a few weeks after delivery we will take the initiative and contact you to see how everything is going and to answer any questions.
We will also schedule, at a time convenient to you, for one of our field ambassadors (technicians) to visit you and your spa and see how everything is going. All to help you 'get to know' your spa and feel more comfortable with its operation.
We know you need no instruction on how to enjoy your spa but its with the details that we like to be helpful.
