Filters

The filters in your spa are always at work keeping your water clean. They are designed to collect debris, soap, and oils.

They do require that you...

Once every two weeks:
Rotate filters or if they seem dirty, clean thoroughly.
**The Tri-X filters can be put right in the dishwasher! Any filter as shown at right can be upgraded to the long lasting ceramic Tri-X filters.

Once every month:
Soak filters in a degreaser to remove the oils that accumulate on their surface. (be sure to rinse well before putting them back)
If you have invested in Tri-X Filters, just use the dishwasher.
**Some customers find that owning 2 sets of filters helps with this. It allows them to more thoroughly soak and degrease the filters.

WARNING
-Heavy use of your hot tub requires greater attention to your filters
-Dirty filters can restrict the flow of water into your pumps and heater and can potentially damage them.
